Problem Statement
my current daily grind:
- 9 to 5 job (sometimes overtime)
- college
- studying
- gym
- chores
- dating
- gaming (ofc)
since my daily load is pretty heavy, i end up forgetting a lot of stuff, like:
- forgot to log expenses
- forgot to submit work task / college task
- forgot i ran out of clean clothes (haven't done laundry)
- forgot my girlfriend's lunch box
so i use tools to deal with my forgetfulness
- Actual Budget: for expenses
- Trello: for college/work tasks
- Todoist: for daily tasks (mostly chores)
- Notion: for daily logs
but all those tools are still manual
you have to open different apps manually, which makes it hard to stay consistent
Hermes
hermes helps me integrate and automate everything without a complicated setup.
why did i pick it over OpenClaw? because:
- self-improving autonomous AI agent
- lightweight (very ofc)
Workflow

Review
so far so good
the downside is the output can't be exactly 100% standardized with just a simple setup, but i get it, ai is non-deterministic
but for a daily basis reminder, overall totally worth it
